Privacy

This website is run by ProMeadow Pty Ltd (ABN 13 702 025 198). This policy covers the website and email you send us. The site has no forms and no advertising, and it doesn't follow you around the web.

Visit statistics

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics: which pages are viewed, the site that sent you, your browser and device type, your country, and how fast pages load. It uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and doesn't identify you or follow you to other sites.

Our host

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any host, it handles each request, including your IP address, to deliver the page and protect the site from attack, and keeps short-lived logs. We set no cookies of our own; Cloudflare may set one to tell people from bots, which isn't used to track you.

If you email us

We use your name, address, and what you write only to reply, and to follow up on what you asked about. We keep it only as long as we need to, and we never sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Where it's held

Cloudflare and our email provider may store or process this information outside Australia, including in the United States. We use established providers that secure it, and only our team can see what you send us.

Complaints

If you think we've mishandled your information, email us and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
